The Climb (Not the Miley Cyrus song)

The day we've been waiting for... Off to leave for Machu Picchu. After looking at so many different trekking agencies we decided on Friends of the Nature tour operator. (we willl let you know how it is after the trip but they were super friendly when we booked).

We decided on a two day/ one night trip. Today we will go by bus to Aguas Caliente, the closest city to Machu Picchu. We are given lunch and dinner tonight and breakfast tomorrow morning. Tomorrow we will wake up super early (4am!) and hike up to Machu Picchu.
